Ag Canada released their first 2008 planting forecast and 09/09 supply and usage outlook. The forecast indicated total wheat production could rise by 25% with spring Area planted to spring wheat, the largest class of wheat in Canada, was forecast to decline, with durum wheat expected to rise.
